The Venue — Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC)
The event will takes place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), the largest exhibition venue in the Middle East. ADNEC offers approximately 153,678 square meters of indoor and outdoor event space across 12 fully interconnected, column-free exhibition halls, a 6,000-capacity International Convention Centre, two further conference halls, 21 meeting rooms, and extensive outdoor and quayside areas — the combination of indoor exhibition space, summit-grade conference facilities, and outdoor demonstration areas that a training-led fire and rescue event demands.
Six on-site hotels offer approximately 1,800 rooms within walking distance of the halls, and the venue is the established home of the region's landmark government-facing events, including IDEX, NAVDEX, and ADIPEC.
ADNEC's quayside and marina — the waterfront that stages NAVDEX's on-water displays — gives FDIC Abu Dhabi a capability no other fire and rescue event in the region can offer: marine, coastal, and water-based rescue evolutions run live on open water, metres from the exhibition halls and the training ground.
Getting There
ADNEC is located approximately 15–20 minutes from Zayed International Airport, with direct highway access and extensive on-site parking. Six on-site hotels offer approximately 1,800 rooms within walking distance of the venue, with a wide range of additional accommodation across the city. Dubai is roughly 90 minutes to two hours by road, placing the event within easy reach of visitors and exhibitors across the UAE and the wider Gulf.
